Our iron balusters go through a special blasting and acid etching process to prepare the surface to receive the powder coating. The blasting and acid etching is critical for a clean and long lasting corrosion free iron baluster. We create replacement treads to go over existing construction treads while keeping a consistent rise throughout the stairway. We make stair treads that are standard 11 1/4" in width and infinitely adjustable in length. You can also order custom width treads. We produce rustic treads, distressed treads, hand scraped treads, stained treads, clear finished treads, thick treads, landing treads, winder treads and if you can think of another stair tread, we will make it too.

We construct our box newels with a proprietary system developed at Stair Supplies which ensures a perfect fit of joints for long lasting beauty. All of our box newels are made from solid lumber with no veneers. We customize box newels to any size or special request to fit in your stairs.
