How do we build custom stair parts in 3 days?

Stair Supplies has fostered a deep relationship with our lumber suppliers so that we receive lumber deliveries several times per week. When we receive a rush 3 day order we will immediately order the lumber with our lumber supplier for delivery the next day. 

Since our lumber suppliers are in the same region as our shop and our lumber suppliers keep the lumber in a controlled environment we are able to immediately begin cutting and gluing the stair parts.  When an order is started in production it is cut and glued on the first day and assembled and sanded and shipped on the second day.  Our shop staff is built on coordination and teamwork which makes this possible.
