8011 False Starting Step
False starting steps are used when carpeting stairs. The false starting step can be trimmed to fit and is 8" from the end to the notch and the round section is 10 3/8". The depth of the tread is 11 1/4" and the round diameter is 12 1/2". Riser height is 7 1/2", tread is 1" thick, overall height is 8 1/2".
This false tread can be used as either a left or right hand return.
Special options for starting steps:
All starting step treads can be hand scraped for an addtional 30%.
All starting step risers can be made paint grade for a 20% saving.
