The idea of Stair Supplies was first conceived in the mind of Len Morris back in 2002. Len has always had a passion for woodworking and creating something beautiful out of a piece of lumber. After gaining the support of his wife, Marci, and together with much thought and prayer, Stair Supplies was birthed in 2003, which was then, just a Mom and Pop organization. Putting together a very simple website and sending all the customer phone calls to just one cell phone, Len and Marci realized that this was a truly viable business and worked to build the company. They acquired a warehouse in Goshen, Indiana and hired just a couple of employees to help with pulling orders and shipping. We currently are in two 20,000 square feet warehouses, employ about 30 people and manufacture all the wood products in-house. What started as just a dream has become reality and God continues to bless us in amazing ways.

Policies
Free Shipping on Orders Over $1650Ship free to anywhere in 48 United States. We ship with UPS and common carriers, always using the safest and most economical sources to keep your costs to a minimum. Most items ship out from our warehouse in 14-21 days. Please ask about rush shipping if you need your products sooner.
Handrail or other pieces over 8' long must ship as Freight. UPS does not deliver pieces over 8' so be sure to choose the correct shipping method. A stair specialits can help you by calling 1 866 226 6536. Most items are custom made or ordered just for you.
Return Policy
- Stair Supplies builds all wood products "Just for you." Therefore, wood products are not returnable and orders are not cancelable.
- Stock items made from iron can be returned for credit less shipping, handling an a 30% restocking fee with an RGA number. Custom colors and parts are not returnable.
- Product must be returned in its original full boxes, undamaged and in resalable condition. If you intend to return product we suggest adding packaging around the original packaging to ensure that it is in like new condition when we receive it so that we can issue you a refund.
- A return authorization must first be requested from Stair Supplies within 60 days from time of shipment.
- No credit will be given if product is not returned to Stair Supplies within 60 days from time of shipment.
Defects/ Damaged Product
- Defects/Damages must be reported within 72 hours of receiving product. Keep all shipping boxes and packaging supplies.
- If damaged, then the shipping company should be contacted and all shipping supplies must be kept intact. Digital pictures will be required in order to assess damages. After the shipping company has made their determination, new product will be shipped to the customer and payment will be made by party at fault. In order for Stair Supplies to ship new product, the damaged product must be returned to Stair Supplies or the customer may purchase product and a credit will be given when the determination of fault is established. Be sure to keep all shipping supplies.
