1. What is the timeframe for your project?

Since all our product are custom-made for you, they will need time to have the wood ordered, cut, planed, sanded, assembled, and finished. Lead times—Unfinished Wood: 20 days. Finished Wood: 29 days. Some exceptions exist.

Please submit at least one photo of your project and a drawing of your stretches of railing/stairs. Submitting pictures will allow your designer to give you a full drawing of your project with your quote!

3. Tell us a little bit about your project! What are you hoping to accomplish?

*For example: "I have a stairway that is 10 feet tall (rise) and 12 feet long (run) with an angle of 39 degrees. I want iron balusters and box newels along one of its sides, and a wall-mounted handrail on the other...."
