Introducing the Stair Supplies “Quick Ship Program”

All items with the Quick Ship Logo can be shipped in 72 hours or less.

All in stock iron balusters, handrail brackets and installation hardware items are eligible for the Quick Ship Program. Our Prefinished Wood Sample pieces and some Imported Painted Balusters are also eligible for the program.

How Does “Quick Ship” Work?

All of our iron and hardware is in stock at our warehouses in Indiana or Texas, and depending on our order volume, will ship between 24 – 72 hours.

If you order a Quick Ship Stock item on the same order as an item with a standard lead time the Quick Ship item may not ship until the entire order ships. However if your stock items are coming from Texas, and your wood items are coming from Indiana then the stock items will likely show up before your wood product.
