Product Description
The Angle Washer is made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel and used in both metal and wood post cable railing applications. The Angle Washer is placed on a Tension Receiver (along with an Oval Washer if posts are wood) to change the angle at which a Tension Receiver enters a post. Our standard Angle Washer is 37º, which covers a wide range of common stair angles. For those with angle applications that are outside of that range, we also offer Angle Washers at 20º, 25º, 30º, 35º, and 45º. The Angle Washer can be found in the Angle Tension Kit and the Wood Angle Tension Kit.

do you have to use the angle washer (vr345) on the stair post ?
Hi Everett,
If you’re using a “B” post at the start or end of a staircase you do need to use them. But they are included in the Angle Tension Kit.
