Referral Program Policies
Eligibility
An existing Viewrail or StairSupplies customer who has spent at least $2,500 is eligible to refer a new customer and receive the Referral Program Benefits.
In order to refer a new customer, the existing customer must share the Referral Quote Form with that new customer. The new customer must fill out the form and include the referring customer’s First Name, Last Name and email address as it appears on the existing customer’s order in order to receive the Referral Program Benefits.
The new customer who fills out the Referral Quote Form must not have any existing orders in our system in order to be eligible for the Referral Program Benefits.
The new customer must place an order with a retail value of at least $2,500 to be eligible for the Referral Program Benefits.
Offer valid only to U.S. residents.
Referral Program Benefits
The new customer will receive a discount on their first order placed. The discount they receive is determined by the size of the retail value of their order.
- If the retail value of the order is $2,500 – $9,999, they will receive a $250 discount.
- If the retail value of the order is greater than $9,999, they will receive a $500 discount.
The new customer is only eligible to receive this discount one time. This discount can be combined with other offers and will be applied at the time the order is placed.
The existing customer who referred the new customer will receive a check depending on the retail value of the order the new customer places.
- If the retail value of the order is $2,500 – $9,999, they will receive a $250 check.
- If the retail value of the order is greater than $9,999, they will receive a $500 check.
Viewrail/Stairsupplies will mail this check to the existing customer within 60 days of when the new customer’s order has been shipped. In order to receive this check, the existing customer must confirm the mailing address it should be sent to. Failure to do so will result in no check being sent.
If receiving $600 or more of cash from the referral program in a calendar year, you will be required to fill out a W9 tax form in order to receive the cash award.
